Add several apartments or rooms to one place

If you rent several apartments or rooms in the same building, each one becomes its own listing with its own calendar, price and photos, so each can be booked separately.

Steps

• Open one of your listings and press Manage the apartments (from My listings), or go to the part "Several apartments in this place".
• Give the place its real name (for example "Amahoro Apartments"), not the name of the city.
• Fill the table: one row per apartment with its name, price, bedrooms, beds, guests, type and, if you like, its own description. Use "apply to all" for what is common.
• Have a website that lists them? Paste its address in "Read my website": Hodi proposes the rows, you check them, nothing is created before you confirm.
• Press add. Each apartment is created and waits for the Hodi team to check it.

Good to know

• Your plan sets how many places you can have. The Hodi team may also limit how many wait for verification at once; the message tells you when it applies.
• A listing entered by mistake as the whole building can be removed while it has no booking or review.
• What is common to the whole place (presentation, rules, social pages) is set once on the page of the place.
