Write an arrival guide for your guests

The arrival guide tells a guest how to arrive and what to know on site: how to get in, where to park, the Wi-Fi, who to call, good addresses nearby.

Steps

• Open the listing and press Edit.
• Write the guide in English and in French ("Arrival guide, in English" and "in French").
• Press Save changes. It applies right away, even on a live listing.

Who sees it

Only a traveler whose stay is confirmed sees it, in My trips, in their language. It is never on the public page of your place, and a traveler whose request is still waiting does not receive it.

Tips

Give the gate or door code only here, never in the public description.
