How away mode works

Here's how away mode works, for the days you can't answer yourself. It comes with Hodi Pro.

Step 1: Switch it on

In My Hodi Pro, switch on Away mode. Your dashboard shows it's on.

Step 2: The Hodi team takes over

While you're away, the Hodi team handles your new requests directly with travelers. Nothing to do on your side, unless the dates aren't free.

Step 3: Replies wait for you

Tick Away-mode replies. When a guest writes, Hodi prepares an answer from the booking's facts. It's sent in your name only when you approve it.

Step 4: Back home

You get a morning summary, and nothing about your listing changes until you approve it. Back home? Switch away mode off.
