How to get help as a host: Hodi Support and the Hodi team

Here's how to get help as a host on Hodi.

Step 1: Ask Hodi Support

In your dashboard, open Help, and ask Hodi Support your question. It answers from the help articles and your own bookings.

If it can't settle your question, click Send to a person. You get a ticket number, and the Hodi team answers you here and by email.

When the team answers, you get an email. The answer shows under Your questions to the team, and you can reply there.
