How to keep your property owners informed

Here's how to keep your property owners informed. Owners and their statements are part of Hodi Agency.

Step 1: Your owners

In Owners, add each person whose places you manage with Add an owner, then tap their places to link them.

Step 2: Their read-only page

Click Copy owner link, and send it to the owner. Their page shows their places, their stays and their statements, read-only.

Step 3: The monthly statement

Click Monthly statement: choose a month, download it, or email it to the owner. On the first of each month, Hodi also emails each owner last month's statement.
