How to pay your host and send the confirmation

Here's how to pay your host, and send Hodi the confirmation.

Step 1: Wait until it's available

Wait until Hodi tells you the place is available. You then see who to pay, the number, and the amount, in your conversation and in My trips.

Step 2: Pay by mobile money

Pay the host by mobile money. Your operator sends you a confirmation message.

Step 3: Send the confirmation

Paste that message into the chat with Hodi, or send a screenshot from My trips. Hodi reads it, and checks the amount, the person you paid, the date and the transaction number.

Step 4: The host confirms

Keep your operator's message until your stay is confirmed. If the host doesn't see the payment, the Hodi team contacts you both. Once the host confirms the money arrived, your stay is confirmed.
