How to reply to a review

Here's how to reply to a review on Hodi.

Step 1: A new review

When a traveler reviews your place, Hodi sends you an email. Click See and reply.

Step 2: Write your reply

Under the review, write your reply, and click Publish reply. You can reply once, publicly.

Step 3: What travelers see

Your reply shows under the review, on your page. Reply to every review, even a critical one: travelers read your answers before they book.
