After you book: your trip, messages and arrival guide

Steps

• Open My trips. Each request shows its status: waiting for the host, confirmed, cancelled.
• Use Messages to write to the host through Hodi. The host's phone number appears once the stay is confirmed, not before.
• When the host asks to be paid, pay them directly by mobile money, then send your payment confirmation in the chat: Hodi checks it and the host confirms.
• Once the stay is confirmed, your arrival guide appears on the trip: how to get in, where to park, Wi-Fi and who to call.
• A problem during the stay? Use the problem button on the trip: the team and the host follow it.
• After the stay, rate it.
