Messages and contact details

Travelers and hosts write to each other through Hodi, on each booking. The Hodi team can read these messages to help if something goes wrong.

Until a stay is confirmed, phone numbers, emails and links in messages are hidden. Once it is confirmed, you see each other's phone and email so you can arrange the arrival.

This keeps both sides safe from fake requests and makes sure every stay is recorded.
