Hodi CRM: your guest book

My guests lists everyone who stayed with you through Hodi. Travelers who only asked a question, or whose request was never confirmed, are not in it.

For each guest

• Their stays, nights, what they spent and their rating.
• "Loyal guest" when they came back.
• Your own notes and tags, to remember what matters for their next stay.

Free guests and the option

Your first guests are free. Beyond them, the others appear with the Hodi CRM option, which the Hodi team switches on for you. The page shows how many are waiting.

Inviting a guest back

You can invite a guest back only if they said yes, in their own trips on Hodi, and they can take it back at any time. The invitation goes by email through Hodi, with a button to your place. Phone numbers and emails you write in it are hidden, so the booking comes back through Hodi. You can invite the same guest again only after a while.

Your data

Export your guest book as a CSV file, or remove a guest from it. The stays stay on record; the guest, your note and your tags leave the book.
