Your guest book (Hodi CRM): notes, tags, and inviting a past guest back

Here's how to use your guest book on Hodi, and invite a past guest back.

Step 1: My guests

Open My guests: everyone who stayed with you through Hodi. It's in every plan: your first guests are free, and the others appear with the Hodi CRM option, which the Hodi team switches on for you.

Step 2: Notes and tags

Click a guest to see their stays, and add your own note and tags, to remember what matters for their next stay. Then click Save.

Step 3: The guest says yes

You can invite a guest back only if they said yes, in their own trips on Hodi: they tick The host may invite me back, and can take it back at any time.

Step 4: Invite them back

Then click Invite them back, check the message, and click Send the invitation. It goes by email through Hodi, with a button to your place.
