Long-stay discounts and price offers

Travelers staying longer often ask for a better price. You decide what you give, and Hodi can answer in the chat within your limits.

Steps

• Go to a listing and open the card "Long stays and price offers".
• Discounts: enter a percentage from 7 nights (weekly) and from 28 nights (monthly). The monthly discount cannot be lower than the weekly one.
• Price offers (with the Hodi assistant, Hodi Pro): choose Fixed prices (only the discounts), Send me the offer (the traveler's price reaches you and you accept or decline), or Let Hodi answer within my limits.
• Lowest price I accept: a percentage of your price. Add steps by length of stay (for example from 14 nights 85 %, from 28 nights 70 %): the longer the stay, the lower it may go.
• Or write it in your own words in "Tell Hodi in your own words": Hodi proposes the rules, you check them, and only then do you save.
• Save. The example line shows the resulting prices.

Good to know

An accepted offer is only a booking request at that price: you still confirm it.
